About Julie – Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Aesthetic Clinician
Julie is a highly experienced healthcare professional who graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Adult Nursing from the University of Wales, Bangor in 2006. Over the past 16 years, she has built a diverse and respected career within the NHS, holding a variety of clinical roles across both acute and community healthcare settings.
In 2019, Julie completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, further enhancing her clinical expertise and decision-making. She is also a qualified Independent Non-Medical Prescriber, allowing her to safely and effectively prescribe treatments in line with national clinical guidelines and patient safety standards.
Julie continues to work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within the NHS, while also running her own aesthetic and skin clinic – Llŷn-Ox – where she combines her clinical background with a passion for medical aesthetics and skin health.
Fully trained in aesthetic procedures at SkinViva in Manchester – a leading, accredited training provider for healthcare professionals – Julie offers a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic and skin treatments. These include wrinkle-relaxing injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, medical-grade skincare, and other advanced skin therapies tailored to individual needs.
